Quality & compliance

Quality is a process - not a stamp on the carton

A buyer-aligned quality plan is locked in before production begins. Here is what that looks like in practice.

  1. Step 1

    Material Verification

Incoming raw material checks with batch-wise CoAs and supplier audits.

  2. Step 2

    Pre-Production

Spec confirmation, sample approval and packaging artwork sign-off.

  3. Step 3

    In-Process

On-site monitoring with statistical sampling and corrective actions.

  4. Step 4

    Pre-Shipment

AQL inspection, photo/video evidence and lab tests as required.

  5. Step 5

    Third-Party

SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or buyer-nominated agency welcomed.

Packaging standards

Packaging that survives the voyage

Climate-aware, retail-ready and audit-friendly. We optimise packing for 40' HC stuffing and rough-handling lanes.

  • Food-grade packing

Multi-layer aluminium liners, food-safe PP / HDPE bags, drum liners and tamper-evident seals.

  • Export cartons

5-ply BF kraft cartons with desiccants for humid lanes and ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets.

  • Retail-ready

Private label artwork, multilingual labels, regulatory disclaimers and barcode generation.

Testing & laboratory

Pre-shipment testing is coordinated through NABL-accredited laboratories. Reports include microbial, residual pesticide, heavy metal and physical parameters as applicable.

  • Lot-wise CoA with every shipment
  • Retain samples archived for 12 months
  • Buyer's nominated lab supported
